Dr. Thomas J. Foley
My name is Thomas J Foley but everybody knows me as Tj. I was born and raised in Wichita and am a graduate of Bishop Carroll High School, the University of North Dakota, and Creighton University School of Dentistry. I’ve been practicing dentistry since 1994. In addition to general dentistry, I specifically enjoy doing root canals, Digital CAD/CAM dentistry, and guided implants. I consider myself techie when it comes to dentistry and I like to keep myself up to date on new techniques. I’m a volunteer Dentist for the Sedgwick County Health Department, Guadalupe Clinic, Harbor House, Good Samaritan Clinic, and Kansas Mission of Mercy. I’m on the advisory board at Wichita Area Technical College assisting program. I Have two grown children and I’ve been married to my fabulous Yogi-wife Ann for over 25 years. (That’s a Yoga instructor)
Activities I like include golf, triathlons, and motorcycles; both dirt and Street. I still compete in all of these things because I think it’s important to stay healthy by training and competing. I’ve been a pilot, a sky diver, a mountain climber, a DJ, a sailor, and a traveler. I’ll try anything once because I’m the consummate adrenaline junkie. My dad always told me to listen to patients carefully and always build your treatment plans based on their wants and needs. A very smart man in deed. I look forward to meeting you and listening to your needs.
Dr. Emily Chastain
About Dr. Chastain
Hello, I’m Dr. Emily Chastain. I am a born and bred Wichitan, having attended St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic School and Parish and Bishop Carroll Catholic High School. I got my Bachelor’s Degree at Newman University here in Wichita and upon graduation continued to pursue my passion for dentistry at the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry, where I graduated with my Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2018. I have been a part of the dental community in Wichita since my years of undergraduate education at Newman and I am so excited to return to work with the people of this city that I know and love!
I grew up surrounded by a family of long-time hunters and fishermen and have been active and outdoorsy since I was a kid. I continue to enjoy hunting and fishing with my two younger brothers and have recently began fly fishing. My favorite way to spend the summer months is on a boat at Table Rock Lake enjoying time with my family and friends; I have been going to the lake since I was in high school and look forward to many more years of lake summers! When I’m not seeing patients at the office, you’ll likely find me working out at the gym, watching Wichita State games during basketball season, or reading.
My ultimate goal in my practice of dentistry is to offer my patients the best dental care possible in an atmosphere that is relaxed and stress-free. Whether you are familiar with regular dental visits or it has been a few years, I want you to feel welcome and happy coming to see me. I love getting to know my patients and their families and strive to offer them a comfortable environment that feels like home. I live by the motto that life truly is too short not to laugh and I bring that attitude here to the office. I hope you enjoy your time with us and can’t wait to meet you!
Dr. McGrew Foley
About Dr. McGrew
My full name is McGrew Foley, but I’ve always gone by Mac—just like my grandpa, Foley. I’m proud to call Wichita home, and I’m excited to be back serving my community.
I graduated from Wichita Collegiate School in 2017, where I stayed busy with cross country, swimming, and pole vault. I then attended Newman University, graduating in 2022 with a degree in Biochemistry. While at Newman, I was involved in the Honors Program, the triathlon team, and Student Government Association. I went on to graduate from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 2026.
Outside of dentistry, my greatest joy is my family. My wife, Kat, and I started dating in 2013 and got married just two weeks before I began dental school. Meeting her has been one of the greatest gifts God has ever given me. We love doing just about everything together—from playing co-op video games and watching TV shows to strength training and spending time with friends. More than anything, we enjoy encouraging and helping each other succeed. We also recently welcomed our first child, who has already brought so much fun and joy into our lives.
As your dentist, my goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and cared for every time you visit us. I know that visiting the dentist can be stressful for some people, and I want to create an environment where you feel welcomed and never rushed or judged. I truly care about getting to know my patients and making sure they feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their concerns.
I hope you’ll feel at home here. If there is ever anything we can do to make your experience more comfortable, please let us know. We’re here to help!
